The electric motor is single-phase, collector, blown-through version with double insulation, attached to the gearbox housing. The reducer is two-stage with a common gear ratio. The handle, made of plastic, is attached to the motor on one side and to the auger guide tube on the other. The handle housing contains a switch with an on position lock and a radio interference suppression device.
Turned auger with right-hand helix, threaded shank is screwed into the gearbox spindle. The auger rotates in a guide tube with 8 longitudinal grooves to prevent circular rotation of the supplied mastic. To the left of the loading window of the auger tube, there is a loading drum, which is rotated by the mastic briquette captured by the screw and ensures its uniform flow into the loading window. At the end of the guide tube of the auger, a forming nozzle is fixed. The design of the handle is made in such a way that when working with the right hand, take the handle by the handle, where the switch is located, and with the left hand support its front part.
The torque from the rotor shaft of the electric motor is transmitted to the spindle through a two-stage gearbox. The rotation from the spindle is transferred to the auger device.
